The carbohydrate content of these juices averages 31 g, the majority of which is sugar. IZZE uses fructose, a naturally occurring sugar found mainly in fruit and used to sweeten beverages. Fructose, table sugar, cane sugar and corn syrup all provide the same number of calories per gram, so in that respect, these types of sweeteners are all the same.
There is no protein in the sparkling juice line, and IZZE sparkling juice is not a significant source of fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, dietary fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A, iron or calcium.
